Patina & Brass Small Inca Earrings
Make a statement with these wearable pieces of art inspired by the malleable lines of Surrealist art's biomorphic forms, experimenting with concepts of persistent memory, dripping clocks and time which melts away as well as drawing on Fauvist references and Matisse's unique use of colour and shape. Transgressive forms which go beyond simple mimicry.
Bright vivid colours dominate the collection, with a botanical inspired fern green, Yves Klein's blue, coral and vintage monochrome - milky off white and soot black.
The beauty of brass and patina is that they will change and develop over time, and therefore each piece of jewellery will vary slightly due to the natural effect of patina.
Painted brass with sterling silver posts, 3.5 x 3.5cm
