Amethyst Beaded Bracelet

Faceted beads of amethyst in hues of rich purple, with dark purple knots between each bead and a sterling silver lobster clasp. The bracelet is 18cm long but please get in touch if you would like to order a custom length. 

Amethyst is the birthstone of February, and is said to strengthen relationships and give its wearer courage. At one time, only royalty could wear the gem. Ancient Greeks thought that the amethyst guarded against intoxication. In fact, “amethyst” comes from amethystos, a Greek word meaning “sober.” It is also the gem that married people traditionally gift on their 33rd wedding anniversary.

Jewellery Care

To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Please remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities such as sport.
