Please note that bespoke, altered or personalised items bought either online or in store are non-returnable or exchangeable.
In Store Purchases are Exhange Only
We hope you love your jewellery purchase or gift, but if you change your mind or prefer a different style you can exchange it, or have a gift voucher issued for the balance which you can use for a year.
Exchanged items must be returned within 1 month of purchase and be in perfect condition to return to stock including original packaging. You will be asked for proof of purchase such as an emailed receipt or details of the gift giver. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online Order Returns
If you wish to return an item purchased online you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to arrange the return. Items must be in brand new, unworn condition in original packaging and sent via a signed for recorded service, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the cost of return postage. Please note that bespoke, altered or personalised items bought either online or in store are non-returnable.
We try and be as helpful as possible whether you are choosing in the gallery itself or browsing online. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item, delivery methods or times or would require any more information before ordering online. This really helps to avoid returns, we want you, or your loved ones to be completely happy with your purchase!
