Small Golden Circle Brushstroke Necklace
This gorgeous golden brushstroke is individually hand-painted using silver clay which combines recycled silver particles with a natural binder and becomes solid fine silver after firing, and is then gold plated. Each brushstroke creates a distinct and stunning piece of wearable art.

The Designer
Becca Macdonald is a conceptual jewellery maker influenced by material experimentation. A common theme throughout her work is documenting the 'evidence of presence' and human gesture. Most notably, she paints with silver. A fleeting gesture or moment of movement - a sweep of silver straight from the paintbrush - is permanently preserved and transformed into a distinctive piece of wearable art.
Following a degree in Textile Design from Chelsea College of Arts, Becca was employed in London design studios and artist’s workshops. She assisted in the creation of immersive sculptural installations, furniture and bespoke artworks. An evening class in jewellery making equipped Becca with the skills to turn a passion into a practice and influenced a change in direction and scale.

Jewellery Care
To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Please remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities such as sport.
Gold plating is a layer of gold over sterling silver, and may tarnish if in contact with cosmetics.
