Poppy Dandiya

The journey of Poppy Dandiya Jewellery began with Bikram “Poppy” Dandiya, born in 1955 in Jaipur — a city celebrated for its jewelled history. After completing his studies in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Poppy followed his artistic instincts to London, where he studied jewellery-making and gemology at Sir John Cass (1980–1982). While still a student, he established a small studio in West Hampstead and has been a pioneer in the jewellery industry ever since.

Today, every Poppy Dandiya piece is handcrafted by artisans trained by Poppy himself, preserving his original methods — including his signature molten gold setting, cup-set stones, and two-tone metalwork. Each piece reflects a fusion of East and West, heritage and innovation, and most importantly — a timeless soul.
