A company committed to design excellence in precious metals, Pruden and Smith was founded in 1988 by Rebecca Smith and Anton Pruden. They work from their Ditchling workshop in Sussex, England located in an airy Victorian basement. Rebecca Smith trained as a fine artist at Farnham Art College, designing and making in precious metals and gemstones for the last 30 years. There is a recognizable freedom of expression in her designs, she ensures the best in contemporary design in Pruden and Smith's jewellery ranges. Anton Pruden, the grandson of silversmith Dunstan Pruden, trained as a Silversmith with Angela & Philip Lowery in Gloucestershire.
