Silver Threaded Texture Drop Earrings

Slightly curved forms of silver delicately textured, giving them a 3D pattern, and embellished with stripes of 18ct gold Keum-boo. The earrings hang on long rectangular silver ear hooks with silver ear scrolls. Earrings approx 3cm long.

The Designer

Jessica Briggs uses her background in textiles and printing to inform her distinctive jewellery through a series of well-honed techniques. The use of a Korean technique called Keum-boo, when combined with oxidation, adds depths and emphasises the minute details of textures. There is an inherent simplicity of both form and function in Jessica's work. All designs, whatever the inspiration, are translated into elegant pieces with subtle textures or more complex and layered finishes.

Jewellery Care

To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Please remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities such as sport.
