Large Golden Orb Earrings

Delightful drop earrings that dance and swing from the stud and the orb. Handcrafted in sterling silver with 22ct gold plate. The focal point are the highly-polished golden hollow orbs that capture the light and reflect the surroundings. The design gives the illusion that they are bulbous rather than concave.

The Designer 

Nyanda Yekwai is a multidisciplinary artist who for decades has been on a journey, seeking to express her personal narrative through the creative arts, whether it be painting, the written word or carving monuments in stone. SoulVisionary is a handmade jewelry brand entirely designed and made by Nyanda at her studio on the outskirts of East London. The focus is on meticulous craftsmanship coupled with an innovative aesthetic, all inspired by the admiration and respect for the intricacies and diversity of Mother Nature. SoulVisionary’s aesthetic is also representative of Nyanda's love for the organic form, voiced through minimalistic design; mirroring the fluidity and interconnectivity that inspires her sculpting style.

We met Nyanda through Make It At Market on BBC One, and were really excited to support another up and coming maker. We are providing Nyanda not only with a space to showcase her beautiful work, but also to continue her mentoring she received on the show.

To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Please remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities such as sport.
