Lilac Feather Drop Earrings

The feather drop earrings are delightfully springy. Each earring is hand dip-dyed to create a vibrant colour moving around the contemporary design. These earrings give a pop of colour while still being light on the ear, comfortable to wear all day every day. Made from hand-dyed 3D printed nylon, a light yet strong and durable material with a smooth matt finish. Worn on silver mini hoops.

The Designer

Lynne MacLachlan creates colourful and joyful jewellery and sculptures by exploring the capabilities of digital tools and materials, using bespoke software tools and 3D printing to materialise her complex, creative forms. Combining these tools with meticulous hand finishing techniques, such as dyeing, polishing and silver components, she elevates the jewellery to become artful pieces of contemporary cutting-edge design that endure.

After a degree in aerospace engineering, Lynne studied jewellery and metalwork design, with a desire to reconnect with materials and making. Her combined skills result in these striking kinetic pieces of wearable art.

Jewellery Care

To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Please remove your jewellery before engaging in practical activities such as sport.
