Your safety and comfort is of utmost importance to us so we have created an appointment booking system to allow you to browse our jewellery in peace at your convenience. 

Although booking isn’t absolutely necessary we recommend doing so to avoid waiting times as we will be restricting the number of visitors and opening hours for the safety of you and our team.

This means you can tell us what you’re looking for so we can prepare for your visit to provide our high level of personal customer service even if you prefer to spend less physical time in the gallery at the present moment.

Our complimentary personal shopping also extends to phone, email and video, whatever suits you best. We want you to know we’re here to give you our full time and attention, to share an uplifting jewellery experience when we all need it most. When the weather allows, we will also be making the most of our garden so that you can choose your new special jewel under the shade of our ancient tree fern.

Visiting The Gallery

We will be controlling the number of visitors using an appointment system on our website. Using this method you can also tell us a little about what you are looking for so we can prepare for your complimentary personal shopping session. You can also call or email to make an appointment with us, or even book for a loved one to combine with a gift voucher of the value of your choosing. A shared video call may not be how they imagined spending their big birthday, but break open the bubbly and shop from the comfort of your living rooms together and see the joy on their face as they choose their own treasure in VIP style.

Before Your Appointment

Please use the text box to provide information when making a booking, or send us an email with how we can help you so we can prepare as much as we can before you visit. You can also call us to discuss or book an online only appointment via video if you prefer.

On arrival

Hand sanitiser is available for you to wash your hands before the consultation and handling jewellery, our staff will also wash their hands before assisting you along with sanitising surfaces, jewellery and equipment regularly. Our team will be wearing plastic visors, and if you choose to wear a face covering we may ask you to take a photo of your face outside the shop for security. ID will also be required for collecting items purchased online or over the phone.
