Silver Serpentine Wide Cuff With Green Quartz
A wonderfully chunky interlinked cuff made from textured, polished sterling silver with a large pear shaped green quartz and tiny green tzavorite on the clasp. This cuff is both fluid and also holds its shape, and is fastened with a hidden hook clasp. It measures 8 inches and 4cm wide.
Drawing inspiration from ancient mythology, Pre-Raphaelite painting and Art Nouveau: the Serpentine collection personifies the sinuous movement and entwined coils of one of natures' most symbolic creatures. This collection is made from round wire which has been carefully textured and formed by hand, emulating snake scales and enhancing the tactile fluid shapes.

Cara Tonkin designs beautiful, elegant and bold jewellery for stylish and strong-minded women. Her work marries classic and contemporary design to create unique, timeless pieces. It is jewellery that comes to life when worn, intricate, playful and tactile yet expressing glamour and elegance.
The daughter of two artists, Cara grew up surrounded by creativity both at home and in the inspiring city of Brighton. After training at world-famous art school Central St Martins and achieving a First Class Honours degree in jewellery design, she returned to Brighton to establish her studio where every piece in her collections is made.
Cara is a lover of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements and is a believer in the philosophy of Art Nouveau: that art should be a way of life. The stylised and symbolic organic forms of Art Nouveau and the streamlined, sculptural and decadent aspects of Art Deco provide endless inspiration.

To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics.
